The Columbia River Gorge has a new way for visitors and locals to give back to the region and its communities. Give for the Gorge is a crowdfunding campaign designed to preserve the landscapes and communities of the Columbia River Gorge. By supporting Give for the Gorge you will help preserve the natural beauty and magic of this scenic area, and the communities of hardworking residents who make this place so special.
Old Parkdale Inn Bed and Breakfast is proud and excited to announce that they now partner with Give for the Gorge. Steve and I will match every tax deductible dollar you donate. By supporting the Old Parkdale Inn and other partners you will help to keep the Gorge a beautiful place to live and play for generations to come.
How Give for the Gorge works
Give for the Gorge uses collective giving to benefit the communities of the Gorge. When shopping, dining, or recreating with Give for the Gorge businesses, you are given an opportunity to “tip for the Gorge” by writing in a donation, rounding up to the next dollar, or adding an amount of your choice to your bill at the Old Parkdale Inn. You may also choose to donate directly by clicking Give Today. Thank you for your generosity! The funds raised are equally disbursed among participating nonprofits every quarter.
