Seawright House is exclusive, serving only one guest/s at a time.

Located in the National Historic Waterfront District in St. Helens, Oregon, Seawright House has outstanding views of Mt. St. Helens, Columbia River, Sand Island State Park and the marina. The inn is just 32 miles from Portland and 64 miles from the Coast. We are centrally located for day travel to Astoria, the Oregon Coast, Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens and the spectacular Columbia River Gorge.

I heard of The Seawright House several months ago, and was interested in trying them out to see what they had to offer. I am a very busy local business woman. I don't have to even elaborate on how important r & r is for our weary crowd! I made my reservation and was very pleased at how accommodating they were.. I was able to check in 2 hours early, and was able to leave late! I entered the suite and it was as if I stepped into another world. As I moved through each room, I discovered wonderful things like soft terry cloth robes hanging in the gorgeous master bedroom.. I quickly found the jacuzzi tub, and had a candle lit bath with a glass of chilled house champagne.. The bathroom is stocked full of wonderful beauty products. Later I was treated to a Swedish massage , and a fabulous four course dinner prepared by my own chefs. I spent time out on the beautiful illuminated deck over looking the Columbia river, clad in my soft terry cloth robe. We enjoyed the beautiful fish filled water fountain located off of the deck. The next morning we woke up to a wonderful breakfast. I can not say enough about The Sea wright House.. I have wanted to "move in" every time I have had the privilege of being their guest! PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
There is a private entry front and back. The living room has a fireplace, turn-of-the-century art work, game table and library.

The sparkling formal dining room is the hub of the suite and features a glass table with a bouquet of roses, chandelier, mural, wine rack and beautifully reproduced 1912 mirror. Expect to be welcomed with champagne and chocolates in this room!

A very popular a’ la carte item for our guests is the personal professional chef. Arranged in advance the chef can work with you to create a customized 4 course meal. The chef arrives at your suite, prepares, cooks and personally serves your meal on fine china and silver. Enjoy with a bottle of our regional wines or champagne and it makes a truly memorable evening.

The master suite features luxury linens, plush queen pillow top mattress, thick terry robes and slippers, TV, HBO, wireless internet and iron/ironing board.

The unique bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, (you can also order an in-suite candlelight bath ritual)… complimentary Skin Holistic Skin Care Bath and Body products and a Clairsonic skin care brush to use.

The suite includes a spa treatment room where you can enhance your stay by reserving an in-suite therapeutic massage, decadent European Facial,or other skin care treatment.

Guests are granted access to the kitchen where they can get treats from the Honor Basket or enjoy complimentary fruits, biscotti, teas, coffee and bottled water. There is an Honor Bar available as well with wines, beer, sparkling water and cider for purchase.

Through the French doors in the kitchen is the deck which surrounds the water falls/feature and Koi pond. In the evenings the deck is a magical place with subtle lighting and the Koi begging for treats. The deck includes a curtained, infra-red heated area for outdoor private massage.

The perfect place for rest and relaxation is the adjacent sunroom. The views are outstanding any time of year and many guests find themselves in an oversized chair reading or relaxing.

Outside of the suite there is plenty to do and see. Anytime Fitness is walking distance and its use is complimentary with your stay. “Olde Town” is a block away and is home to some of the best restaurants and shopping in the area. There are art galleries, ice cream, antique bistros, a vintage movie theatre with rocking chair comfort, and coffee shops.

On Thursday evenings in the summer we have live musical entertainment in the waterfront park along with an outdoor market. There are public docks, boating, marinas and more.

For more adventure we have local golfing, fairgrounds, car racing, guided fishing, biking adventures and kayaking on the Columbia River.

Breakfast is served at your pre-requested time. We cook it for you in the kitchen and leave you to enjoy it on your own time with privacy.
