The owners of the Apple Inn are recently retired professionals. Harry is a forester who manages the family tree farm and would be glad to provide you with a tour and forest information as time allows. Kathe is a Home Economist who loves to decorate and prepare your delicious breakfast. She has created a cookbook with many on the special recipes she uses that keeps the special memory of your stay alive and also makes a great gift. The rooms are comfortable,private and beautiful to relax in and enjoy your stay. Each room has a private bath,wireless internet,and satellite TV. The Apple Orchard room has a private entrance and a queen and 2 twin beds, plus hand stenciled apple tree border. There is a sitting area and a gas fireplace for comfort. The Tree House room is named for the collection of little trees you will find there. It has a claw foot tub for a leisurely, bubbly soak and a queen bed with a beautiful handmade quilt. We have walking trails in the forest and beautiful custom planned gardens that may be enjoyed from the large deck or by strolling the grounds.
